We will issue Full refund within 7 business days once we receive the return item in the same condition with retail box. All returns require order identification number and serial number of the product. Shipping charge is not refundable for any reason unless product is defective. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
