RETURN POLICY

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If your item was damaged during shipment or arrived defective (DOA), please report it within 48 hours of receipt to file an insurance claim. Retain the original shipping box for inspection.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as digital products, software, and opened activation codes, are not eligible for return.
