SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Shipping Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, it is no longer under the responsibility of BRASUSASHOP.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Tracking numbers are activated within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is missing or delayed, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. BRASUSASHOP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have left our facility.
